Where are you located?
Dumb Blonde Energy & Bakery has two locations in the Miramichi area. Starting in Renous inside Burke's Diner - a short distance from our founders hometown of Blackville. We also have a secondary location in Eel Ground, inside of Chiefs Tobacco & Vape that serves a whole host of our fresh baked goods and if you're looking to sample some of our signature drinks, Chiefs has a limited menu curated with all our best sellers.

Do you offer delivery?
For our everyday menu and bakery pre-orders, we are pick-up only! You can pick them up in person at either Burke's Diner (Renous) or Chiefs Tobacco & Vape (Eel Ground). However, if you want us to come to you, we offer our exclusive Grab & Go Delivery on Fridays! Just get your pre-order in between Monday and Wednesday, and we'll drop your favorites right at your doorstep.
Can I customize my drink?
You can definitely add your favorite syrups, cold foams, and fruit to our daily drinks! But if you're looking for the full "Flavour Lab" experience - where we work with you to create a 100% custom drink menu from scratch (complete with drinks named after your inside jokes) - that is an exclusive perk when you book us for a private event!
Yes, we do ship internationally - from what we hear it ships fast! Your international postage fee will be calculated upon checkout or post-order.
What kind of energy drinks do you use as a base?
We stick to the absolute best! Our custom energy drinks are powered by Alani Nu and your favorite caffeinated Pepsi products. Then, we trick them out with our signature syrups, cold foams, fresh fruit, and candies to take them to the next level.
Do you offer dairy-free or sugar-free options?
We sure do! We have oat milk available to make your iced coffees and refreshers creamy and delicious without the dairy. Just let our baristas know what you need when you order!

What actually is a "Pink Drink Refresher"?
It's basically happiness in a cup. 🩷 But really, it’s one of our signature drinks! While the exact recipes of our signature menu items are a Blonde secret, expect vibrant, fruity flavors topped with things like oat milk, fresh fruit, or our amazing vanilla cold foam.
Returns will not be accepted on closeout, discontinued, or sale items. Any of these purchases are final sales.
Do you have kid-friendly drinks?
Absolutely! We don't just sling caffeine. Any of our flavor combos can be made into a refreshing lemonade or a fun Italian soda.
How does the Friday Grab & Go delivery work?
It’s the best day of the week! You can place your pre-order between Monday and Wednesday using our online form. We deliver your favorite drinks straight to your door on Fridays between 12 PM and 1 PM. (Deliveries are $9 each to Blackville, Red Bank, Sunny Corner, Eel Ground, Newcastle, and Chatham Head).
Can I just walk in and buy baked goods?
Yes! We stock fresh baked goods at our Burke's Diner location, and Chief's Tobacco & Vape also carries a selection of our treats. We post live from the Burke's Diner facebook page which you can find a link to at the bottom of the page.

How far in advance do I need to place a pre-order?
We require a minimum of two (2) days notice for all bakery pre-orders (like custom cakes, brownie boxes, and cookie boxes). Good things take time, and we bake everything fresh just for you! Check out our Pre-Order page!
I have a food allergy. Can I still eat your baked goods?
We’d really prefer not to take you out with a brownie! 😂 If you are placing a pre-order, please let us know about your allergy in the notes. We will do our absolute best to accommodate you and take every precaution and keep it on file for future pre-orders!
That being said, our kitchen does handle major allergens like gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts. We do our best to prevent cross-contamination, but if you have a highly severe allergy, please proceed with caution!
Can I freeze my pre-order cakes or brownies?
You bet! If you somehow have leftovers (which is rare), our baked goods freeze beautifully. Just wrap them up tight in plastic wrap or an airtight container, and you can save that sugar rush for a rainy day.
Do you cater or make custom drinks for events?
We love a good party! We need at least two (2) weeks notice for event bookings. We can bring the baked goods, and we can even show up to mix a fully custom drink menu on-site (complete with drinks named after your inside jokes). Check out our Event Booking page to get started.
Do you sell gift cards or merch?
Yes! We have Dumb Blonde Energy gift certificates available (the perfect gift, honestly) and a loyalty punch card program—buy 5 drinks, get the 6th free! Grab a card for just $1 at the counter.
And YES, we have merch! It's not on the website just yet (building a website is a process so bear with us), but very soon you'll be able to grab our Dumb Blonde air fresheners, sweaters, shirts, tumblers, stickers, and more. Keep an eye out!
